Payment Terms

As a customer, we offer you the payment methods of advance payment, credit card, and PayPal. Please note the following restrictions.

For technical reasons, we cannot exclude that individual payment methods may be temporarily unavailable.

Advance Payment: You will receive a pro forma invoice from us via email with a request to transfer the purchase amount. After your payment has been credited to our account, we will ship the goods you ordered.

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): Please have your card number and expiration date ready for your credit card order. You will be redirected to ipayment's page via a secure connection for payment.

PayPal: If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after completing your order. If you are already a customer there, you can log in with your user data and complete the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account and confirm the payment afterwards. More information about PayPal can be found at www.paypal.de.

Shipping Terms

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 75.00 euros; otherwise, we charge a flat rate of 5.99 euros.

Shipping is done through DHL. Usually, DHL takes about 1-2 business days for delivery within Germany.

Additional shipping costs:
Countries Zone 1 (EU): 9.99 €

Countries Zone 2 (Europe outside EU): 24.99€

Countries Zone 3 (World): 34.99€

Upon request, we also offer reliable worldwide express shipping with our shipping partner UPS for particularly urgent orders. Simply contact us in advance for this.
